Patented and certified quality
The toilets manufactured by PTMatic have:
- One-year guarantee on components from the date of installation; the guarantee covers any kind of malfunction (apart from damages due to vandal acts) and includes the replacement of faulty components;
- Ten-year guarantee on the outer structure;
- CE-certification;
Furthermore, PTMatic self-cleaning units have obtained a hygiene certification, thanks to the exclusive sanitization cycle performed with the patented system DCN-ECO3®, able to eliminate up to 99.99% of bacteria. This system prevents the presence of polluting agents in the washing water and contributes to minimizing the environmental impact.
- PTMatic self-cleaning toilets may be equipped with a patented washing system of the floor which action, apart from washing and drying the floor, mechanically removes any waste. This system is marked with the patent number MI 2005 A001873.
- PTMatic is certified with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
- In 2023 PTMatic obtained the Carbon Footprint Certification ISO 14067 for each of its product series.
